New layout and theme

Well, i decided to kinds "merge" my two blogs, and completely redo it. So like the new design, and name? :)

Day break in the forest

The sun is rising in the east,
The first bird awakens, the sun it greets.
Soon it's brothers join in the song,
And all of creation sings along.
The twinkle of sunshine shines through the trees,
A slight sound is heard like a rustling of leaves.
The squirrel has awakened, and with it, it's young.
Telling the trees that the day has begun.
The golden rays sparkle throughout the tall grass,
The rabbit arises, and begins to dance.
Hearing the greatness, the deer have awakened.
They jump to their feet and the dance they partake in.
Such a sweet fragrance in the new morning breeze,
This sweet flowery smell has awakened the bees.
With The hum of the bees and the song of the birds,
The butterflies are now just beginning to stir.
The whole forest rejoicing, the new morning is here! The black of night gone, this scene we hold dear.
Why Do all of the creatures react this way?
What's the cause of all this? Its just another day!
The reason they do all these wonderful things,
They are giving praise to our God, our Savior and King.

My latest projects.

Lately, I have not been working on that much, but i have been working on a few things. First off, here are the cards I made for Easter ( I hope everyone had a Wonderful Easter by the way!)

 I also like to make Crowns out of Flowers and willow vines. This is the best one I have ever made. The aroma coming from this crown, Was so good, I can't even discribe it!

Inchies

Well, http://www.rosesonmytable.ning.com/ also has inchie swaps. Inchies are miniature works of art that are only one inch wide and one inch tall! Here are the ones i made for the April Swap.

 You make six of them, send them in, and you get six back, each from a differnt person!

 I made little envelopes for them :)

i think they turned out pretty good. I used colored pencils on scrapbook paper, and then cut out the words and glued them on. Then I put Mod-podge on the cards to make them shiny. I made the envelopes by taking 2'' x 2'' peices of paper, folded in the corners and glued them there, then I took just plain washable markers and made little designs on them. I put a little mod-podge on them too, so they would match with the inchies :)

Some Art

Well, Since i just turned my blog into an Art and Poem blog, I'm going to put up a few of my recent projects.

 Here is a Collage I made. The words are a little blurred it says " Enjoy The Wondrous Beauty Of Nature That God Has Created" on the petals. and on the leaves it says " Love, Joy, Peace, Hope"

Well,

I've decided to turn my blog here into not just a poem garden. I've decided to expand it to an art garden as well :) from now on, it won't be just poems! There will be pictures of my art here, probably some posts about what projects I'm working on, along with the poems! Also I am going to try to post more often. Haha. Yes, life has been busy around my home lately, so I will try my best :) Renovation on my blog will probably start sometime tomarrow or the next day. It would be alot easier for me to do if I could edit the look of my blog through my Moble!

In a world,

In a world where we are rushed about. In a world where fear and dout abound. In a world where there is evil around every courner. In a world where we just have no time for things that matter. In a world where we are taken away by the things that man have created, while trampleing the things that HE has created.. In a world where the very thought of giving it all, is just too much. In a world where we are possesed by getting as much as we can. Bigger.Better. Now. In a world where we have so much, but will not share. In a world where we can not seem to let go. In a world where we have grown up with war, anger and fear. In a world where money is the controler of our lives. In a world where we just don't get that God will provide for us. In a world where people are hungry, homeless, and dying, and we just walk by.

If we could just take a moment, to stop. Slow down. And take in the Beauty of the things that God has created. Let go of the things that don't matter. Give to the poor, homeless and hungry. Pray. Take time for God and family, the things that matter most. Understand that whatever happens, God will always be there for us. Always.

If the world were perfect……

If the world were Perfect,

We would not exclude people with disabilities just because they are
" different". They would be are special friends and we'd be the best of budds!

We would respect our Elders! And give them the best care! Because, let's face it, one day we are going to be Elderly too.

Friendships would be Pure and kind. There would be no broken friendships, because we would stop and think what they other person maybe thinking, and we might understand them better.

Love would also be pure and chaste.

Adicting things would not be heard of! And neither would gambling.

Money would'nt exist. We would all just share and be charitible. We would always help people in need, no matter what! And stealing would never have been thought of.

We would not know what murder was! We would NEVER ever EVER imagine killing another human!!

We would not know what abortion was either! Because that is MURDER. Babies would be our little treasures! Because without babies… their will be no future people!!!

Gossiping and lying would be a crime!

Abuse, violence and kidnapping, would never have been imagined. They are just disgusting!!

Hate and Jelousey, would be feelings that we would never know.

People would not Brag about things, or ever rub things in. Because the things we had, we would share.



Their would be no need of Leaders, Presedents, Kings or Queens. JESUS would be Our Leader and our King.

God would be the very CENTER of our lives. Our everthing. Every moment of our lives would include Him!

We would always be kind and try to understand eachother. We would STOP and THINK.

Evil would Fail , the GOOD would Prevail!

We would walk with Jesus, Hand in Hand, EVERY…… SINGLE …… DAY.

A little hello from me.

I have not posted in so long. The progress on the light in the celler book has comemto a screechng halt, i'm stumped and i just can't think of what should come next. Alot of things have changed since my last visit to this blog. I have matured alot, so the poems will be alot diffent from what they used to be. I used to have little poems just about random little fun thngys. Now they will be more, about the world. Like about peace, and things like that. Well, i think thats enough explaining for now. I have two poem type things that i have already written, and i will post them following this. I hope to start posting more, but things are busy around here especially with the holidays right on our door step! So for now, here are the two peoms i've written, and have a wonderful christmas and an awesome new year!

intermission poem: the other monster

there is another monster who plays under the bed
she is very crazy and has a very hard head
she always carrys with her a cow
if you try to kiss her she will go POW!
some times she is here . . . some times not
sometimes she puts her little brother in a big pot!
the monster may have the puzzele that's missing a peice....
who knew this crazy monster could be MY NEICE!!!
